Breaking change
- Govee H5178 was mixing the battery readings of the indoor and outdoor sensor #907. With this PR, the Govee H5178 is split up in two devices, one for the indoor sensor and one for the outdoor sensor. The MAC address of the outdoor sensor in increased with 1 (compared to the indoor sensor), to do this. The outdoor temperature and humidity sensor are not used anymore after this update and are moved to the new H5178-outdoor device. Please update your automations and lovelace cards.

- Cleaner up logs for encrypted HA BLE sensors that didn't have an encryption key (yet).
