This version is released to test the new data collection method.
Do not install it if you do not know what this means.
Now the component does not use external utilities, we get access to data from python, from a separate tread.
It seems that the method is working, tested on the Debian Buster, but requires intensive testing in various conditions (especially HASSio in various environments and in combination with BT-trackers).

- hci_interface: 0 (integer number, 0 as default for hci0)
