tooltips: Tooltips have been migrated to use Home Assistant
tooltips (ha-tooltip) and will now show in the standard Home Assistant
style. There must be a button action for toolips to show as they fire
off pointer events. Review documentation for impact and updated styling
options. Requires Home Assistant 2025.10 and greater.
