New Features

Auto-Fees (AF) - Act upon suggested fee rates automatically (no more than once per day per channel)

Added log page for any changes made by the AF feature

Update to fee rate suggestions to cover more cases

Added CV metric (channel score based on revenue and assisted revenue)

Advanced page can now update all values at once (applicable Local Settings here will no longer update all channels)

Closure data added to api endpoints

Some additional data added to dashboard page
