v4.2.8 mainly updates several dependencies to bring them up-to-date.
rocksdb upgrade
For full nodes that use versiondb, it's recommended to do a ldb compact before the upgrade, otherwise, it could lose a part of history depending on the current size of the rocksdb log file, the data will be re-populated when you re-sync though.
