- Addresses this issue by fixing the external name configuration of the
TransitGatewayVPCAttachmentAccepterresource. - Adds missing support for configuring custom AWS service endpoints in the AWS provider config for the new TF-SDK based AWS provider (v0.44.0 onwards), reported by #971. This allows configuring non-default AWS service endpoints or endpoints of AWS-compatible solutions (like Localstack).
