Added

• Add blockDevice[].imageName, imageNameRef, and imageNameSelector support to cluster-scoped and namespaced InstanceV2 resources for boot-from-volume (#177).
• Resolve image names through Glance at creation time. Using an image name directly does not require an image UUID or an ImageV2 managed resource.

Local-disk boot limitation: with destinationType: local, a top-level imageId or imageName is still required. The nested block-device field alone is not sufficient for local-disk boot.

• Include provider configuration packages in standard unit-test and coverage runs.
