Rhythm Stable - Maintenance Update

What's New:

• Added: Media Scan Loader to the refresh action (Library)
• Added: Added Back support (On-Boarding)
• Added: Ability to toggle APIs ON or OFF based on user's preference (Settings)
• Fixed: Improved Media Scanning for many scenarios and added fallbacks (On-Boarding)

Known Issues (Will be fixed on a later build):

• Looking into issue where MiniPlayer is too much raised up above navbar on 3 button navigation.
• App's Rapid API limit exceeded, Spotify lyrics and artist data will be down until user uses their own keys.
