Spotifast 0.14.1 fixes music dropping out on Linux.

On Windows, pick the .msi. The setup program (-setup.exe) is still attached so that installs from 0.12.0 and earlier can update through it.
Fixed
- Music plays without dropouts on Linux. 0.14.0 kept too little sound ready for PipeWire, so playback stuttered. Spotifast now keeps 200 ms of sound queued, and the visualizers stay in time with it. By @crmne; thanks @jqewdfr13, @ez-ruh and @gcsvieira. (#994)
Thanks
@jqewdfr13, @ez-ruh and @gcsvieira for the quick reports, and everyone who reported problems since 0.14.0.
