• Players with Foundry's Modify Configuration Settings permission can now manage Carolingian UI settings and locks, like the GM (#300).
• Daggerheart: with "Apply styles to actor sheets" off, actor sheets keep the system's own colors, buttons and fonts.
• "Apply theme to actor sheets" is renamed "Apply styles to actor sheets".
• Smaller fixes to the System & Modules tab, the Settings sidebar and the bulk lock action.
