For Foundry v13
- Add "Enable scene folders for players" so the folder UI can render for players when enabled by GM
- Folders with no player-visible scenes are hidden recursively to prevent GM-only folder names from leaking through
- Switch crown for a user icon instead for the "currently viewing" indicator - crown was intended for GM
- Fix duplicate Edit entry in scene navigation context menu
- Fix radio input style to render as circular indicator
