What's Changed
- fix: achievement_count/pr_count now read from the activity detail endpoint instead of Strava's list endpoint, which could report stale or zero values even after Strava finished processing
- feat: renamed the "Trophies" sensor to "Achievements" to match Strava's terminology; upgrading installs keep their existing entity ID so history and automations aren't affected, only the displayed name changes
