What's Changed
- Entity and device names no longer include the "Strava" and athlete-name prefix — Home Assistant now composes display names from the device instead, with athlete identity shown via the integration entry. Multi-athlete grouping and isolation are unaffected.
- Fixed refresh buttons and the photo camera entity to correctly show their device context in the UI.
- Gear sensors now show the gear type ("Bike" or "Shoes") as the entity name, with the equipment name as the value, and use a matching icon.
