List, monitor status, and jump across nested Claude Code sessions from a single tmux popup.

Features

• Central picker (prefix + u) listing every running Claude session, with live status (working / waiting / idle), a live capture-pane preview, and quick kill via ctrl-x
• Launcher (prefix + y) that opens — or re-attaches to — a Claude session for the current directory, in a popup
• Smart jump: selecting a session switches your client to the window it was launched from, then resumes it in a popup over the top
• Picker sorts by recency and right-aligns the age column
• Opening the picker from inside a session popup dismisses that popup first, so you never end up with a cramped popup-in-popup
• The launcher refuses to open a popup inside an existing one

Fixes

• Reset FZF_DEFAULT_OPTS to an empty string so a user's fzf config can't break the picker layout
• Cycle selection in the picker
