A small maintenance release that fixes a confusing bit of the settings page.

Removed the misleading "Test" buttons on the global settings page. For Audiobookshelf, KOSync, Storyteller, Grimmory, BookOrbit, and Calibre‑Web Automated, each reader's login now lives on their own Settings → Users → (user) → Integrations page — but the global settings page still had "Test" buttons that only looked at the (empty) global fields, so they always reported "Missing server URL or API token" or "No OPDS credentials or sync token configured" even when everything was set up correctly.
Those buttons are now gone. Test your connection on the per‑user Integrations page instead, where your credentials actually live — every section links straight there. Telegram and Ollama keep their test buttons, since those settings are still global.
No configuration changes are required. Upgrading from v7.0.0 is a straight image pull/restart.
