🚀 Highlights

• The max CosmWasm contract size is now 1.6 MiB (up from 800KiB)
• The following gRPC queries have been allowlisted for CosmWasm:
  • /cosmos.gov.v1.Query/Proposal
  • /cosmos.staking.v1beta1.Query/Validator

This release bumps the following dependencies:

• Bump wasmd from 0.60.7 to 0.60.8 (#4078)
• Bump wasmvm from v2.3.3 to v2.3.4 (#4078)
