This release bumps the following dependencies:

• Bump cometbft from v0.38.21 to v0.38.23
• Bump wasmd from v0.60.6 to v0.60.7
• Bump wasmvm from v2.3.2 to v2.3.3

🔨 Build from source

git clone https://github.com/cosmos/gaia
cd gaia && git checkout v27.4.0-rc0
make install

⚠️ Please note that the aarch64 CPU architecture is currently not supported. Validators have reported AppHash issues when running nodes on both darwin-arm64 and linux-arm64. ⚠️
