POA v1.1.0 Release Notes

🚀 Highlights

POA v1.1.0 adds new features to the enterprise POA module around consensus key management and rotation, as well as supporting post quantum key types via Cosmos SDK v0.55.0 and CometBFT v0.40.0.

Upgrading to this version of the POA from any v1.0.x release will require a coordinated chain upgrade.
