- prospecting (1.4.0 → 1.5.0): signal plays adds gap plays: a spend or growth signal paired with a gap you can verify from outside that your offer fixes (ads with no visible tracking, paid traffic sent to the homepage, long-running ad creative, thin location or integration pages, lead magnets with no follow-up, expansion without localization, hiring for repetitive work). Each row says how to check the gap. Rules: evidence required for every gap, limits of outside checks (server-side tracking, brand-search homepages, winning ads that run long), re-check within 7 days of sending, and open with the observation and a question. The signal-tools table adds X search and the public ad libraries. Prompted by Mitch Davey's post on signal plays.
