Adds WAF-as-separate-gate, 429 + Retry-After over challenge pages, linking discovery files, the AI Catalog, visible-text facts over JSON-LD-only, and the act tier (MCP server or CLI, finishable auth, OpenAPI). Markdown mirrors downgraded to MAY since format didn't change task success. robots.txt guidance (reference and SKILL.md) now defaults to a wildcard allow with named groups only for deliberate exceptions.
