Three contributions from @rudycelekli that answer maintainer issues.

• Per-skill ZIPs for claude.ai (#730, closes #431): each release now attaches one ZIP per skill for people uploading skills in Claude's web or desktop app, plus full-source ZIPs and manifests. Claude's web upload limits descriptions to 200 characters, so a reviewed short description per skill lives in scripts/claude-web-descriptions.json. When a skill's description changes, the release leaves it out of the web ZIPs and lists it in the manifest until its short description is reviewed. All 50 are current. Built by scripts/package_skills.py; see docs/skill-release-packaging.md.
• prospecting (1.2.0 → 1.3.0), revops (2.1.0 → 2.2.0), cro (2.0.2 → 2.0.3), signup (2.0.0 → 2.0.1) (#721, part of #498):
  • New prospecting/references/enrichment-playbook.md: acceptance rules per field, exact cache keys, and keeping errors separate from genuine no-matches.
  • New revops/references/inbound-routing.md: form routing that survives enrichment failures and duplicate events.
  • Pointers from cro and signup.
• Guided tool connections (#720, closes #405): tools/SETUP.md walks an agent through connecting Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, or Stripe. It keeps credentials in a private local file, never in chat, and verifies each connection with a read-only test.

Complete source catalog: 50 skills.
Claude web target: 50 skills with reviewed short descriptions.

Choose <name>-claude-web.zip for the documented single-folder web upload format.
Source ZIPs retain original metadata; they are not substitutes for omitted web ZIPs.
Live client upload, account limits, and invocation behavior have not been verified.
