SEO operations: running SEO as a standing job, not a one-off audit. Everything extends existing skills.

  • marketing-loops (1.2.1 → 1.3.0): new references/seo-operator.md, a recipe that combines the SEO loops into one scheduled operator for a site the agent can edit from its repo. It covers a five-setting brief (ship mode defaults to PRs for review); shared state in .agents/seo/ (a claims ledger, a query map with one primary query per page, and a work queue ranked by expected conversions per hour); every-run, weekly and monthly schedules; a first-run checklist; operating rules; a writing gate; and a one-screen weekly report. Three new catalog loops:

    • striking-distance push: positions 8–20, plus top-5 pages with weak click-through.
    • AI-answer check: a weekly prompt panel. Misstated facts send you to fix the page that should state them, and cited sources become outreach targets.
    • claim-drift: product changes that make marketing claims false.

Also fixes the stale loop count (now 48). New triggers: 'run my SEO,' 'SEO operator,' 'daily SEO agent.' New eval.

  • seo-audit (2.0.1 → 2.1.0): two new references.

    • references/rankings-push.md: finding striking-distance and weak-CTR candidates, checking cannibalization, diagnosing against the top three results, making the smallest fix that closes the gap, judging results after 3–4 weeks, and a checklist for shipping a new page.
    • references/title-tags.md: title patterns by page type, why Google rewrites titles, low-CTR fixes, and a table format for bulk audits.

New triggers: 'stuck on page 2,' 'striking distance keywords,' 'title tag rewrite,' 'low CTR.' New eval.

  • copy-editing (2.1.0 → 2.1.1): references/content-refresh.md now starts from a SERP gap analysis: a coverage grid against five competitors, gaps ranked by how many competitors cover them, matching coverage rather than word count, and an approval checkpoint. It adds what to keep (the URL, linked anchors, the voice) and a handoff list for whoever publishes.

  • launch (2.1.0 → 2.2.0): new references/shipped-changes.md, which turns merged PRs into a weekly changelog entry, drafts sized to each change, a list of pages the changes made wrong, and new content opportunities. Only live, customer-visible changes count, and every claim must come from the change itself. New triggers: 'changelog,' 'release notes,' 'what did we ship this week.' New eval.

  • content-strategy (2.1.2 → 2.1.3): an information-gain gate for searchable content. If you can't say what the piece adds that the top results lack, don't write it.

  • ai-seo (2.7.3 → 2.7.4): visibility-audit prompts are spread across buyer awareness stages, plus guidance on turning findings into work: fix the page behind a misstated fact, and treat cited sources as outreach targets when you're absent.
