v1.0.11 is a hardfork release for Core-chain testnet.

The Demeter hardfork implemented BTC/CORE dual-staking and lstBTC features on Core blockchain. Also, versions up to v1.3.9 on Binance smart chain are merged to Core blockchain in this hardfork.

There are 4 hardforks included in this release, which are

• Berlin (merged from BSC), expected to be activated at block height 24127766. The current block generation speed forecasts this to occur around 16th Oct 2024 at 03:48 AM (UTC).
• London (merged from BSC), expected to be activated at block height 24127766. The current block generation speed forecasts this to occur around 16th Oct 2024 at 03:48 AM (UTC).
• Shanghai (merged from BSC), expected to be activated on 17th Oct 2024 around 02:30 AM (UTC).
• Demeter (Core), expected to be activated on 17th Oct 2024 around 02:30 AM (UTC).

The validators and full node operators on Core TestNet should switch their software version to v1.0.11 before 16th Oct.

Notes:

• Please use the new config.toml provided in this version, the older ones are not compatible to run. Or check the new config.toml and make necessary changes in your current live one.
• Please set --miner.etherbase to your consensus address if you are running validators.
• If you are running with variable -txlookuplimit, please change it to -history.transactions.
