Added
- Seven rhetorical-tic pattern categories adapted from Simon Willison's
LLM cliché highlighter.
Three ship with detector types:performed-insight(essayist tics that
announce profundity — "sit with that", "that's not nothing", sentence-initial
"Turns out", "is the whole point", "X is dead; long live X"),
negation-chain(three-part "no fluff, no filler, no jargon" chains,
stacked "didn't …" clauses, "don't call it X — call it Y"), and
dev-blog-boilerplate("it just works", "zero config", "sane defaults",
"fits in your head"). Four are skill-only
judgment rules with the reasons recorded inCATEGORIES.md: stacked
rhetorical questions, same-opener sentence runs, stranded auxiliary
contrast, and colon into a triple. Negation-chain items carry a stop-list
so idiomatic pairs ("no more, no less", "no matter") stay clean.
Fixed
- The deterministic subset stays narrower than the judgment rules. The
no …matcher now requires three short items, literal "the punchline",
"worth naming", and "batteries included" senses stay out of regex matching,
and "it just works out of the box" remains detectable without reviving the
ordinary "works out to" false positive.
