• Actually is now a cut-first hollow intensifier. When it only adds
  emphasis ("this actually makes the process simpler"), delete it rather than
  swapping in another word. Keep it when it carries a named correction or
  expectation gap, though a direct contrast may still be clearer.
• The deterministic detector deliberately stays unchanged. A regex cannot
  distinguish filler from ordinary corrective prose ("we expected a cache hit;
  it was actually a miss") without false positives, so this remains an
  LLM-judgment rule under the repo's precision-over-recall policy. The catalog
  stays at 62 categories, the engine at 48 types, and the word table at 112.
