Console / Terminal Improvements

• Larger default window — console now opens at 1000×640 px instead of 820×520
• Drag-to-resize — all 8 edges and corners can be dragged to resize the floating console window, with a minimum size of 480×340 px (8ffed66)
• Dynamic terminal sizing — xterm automatically re-fits when the window is resized or maximized; PTY and SSH session track the actual dimensions so whiptail dialogs are no longer clipped (3772f0f)
• Fullscreen now fills height too — maximize correctly expands both width and height via ResizeObserver
