❗VIM is not a "skin hack" and you will not get any free skins from using it

- fixed problems with launching VALORANT from VIM
- launching VALORANT from VIM would result in an error when fetching the user's loadout
- added skin line wallpapers
- changed positioning of level/chroma selectors to be more intuitive (not in the scrolling area anymore)
- added a warning dialog ("no free skins") if the user has less than 10 skins
- a lot of people think VIM gives free skins despite the numerous warnings
- added some basic keybinds
- r: randomize skins
- f: favorite (in weapon editor)
- l: lock (in weapon editor)
- esc: save/exit weapon editor
