Update to Spring Boot 1.4.1

UI-Changes

• tail -f style log view. Refresh rate is fixed to 1s (#237)
• new spring-boot-admin-ui-hystrix module. (#147). Read more on integrating this.
• Bugfix: Flyway / Liquibase (#256), Logfile (#263) and heapdump urls (#269) incorrect when context-path has been set .

Client Changes

• Bugfix: Ignore ApplicationReadyEvents which are emitted from child contexts (#260)

• Bugfix: Correctly shutdown thread pools on context close, so graceful shutdown is not prevented (#253)
