Publish @ai-devkit/task-manager 0.4.0 — first publish since 0.3.0 (2026-07-03); 0.4.0 was version-bumped on main by f5771ec but never released because no publish workflow existed for this package (this release adds one). Changes since 0.3.0: 0f2d731 fix(db) WAL setup made concurrency-safe across packages (#206), plus oxfmt/oxlint tooling chores. Version kept at the maintainer's committed 0.4.0 (minor) since the WAL fix changes cross-process database behavior.
