Publish @ai-devkit/agent-manager 0.34.0 — minor since 0.33.1: new public capacity API for global z.ai usage limits (getZaiCapacityReport, ZaiCapacityOptions, CapacityLimitType, new required harness field on CapacityReport with limitType/total/current/remaining on CapacityWindow) from 4ea4868 and 3c65af7, plus the internal refactor moving the opencode adapter into the provider structure (f34a9a3) with no other public API changes. Ships with the CLI pin bumped to 0.34.0 in the same commit (workspace-pin rule) as part of ai-devkit 0.63.0.
