Hotfix: omo -p exits again after a delegated task. Since 5.1.8, a headless or scripted run whose agent handed work to an in-process task printed its answer and then never exited, so CI jobs, cron entries and wrappers that wait on it hung until killed. Interactive sessions leaked a loopback bridge server and its socket for every such task. This release runs on the senpi 2026.10.1-3 engine.
Fixed
omo -p exits after an in-process task child finishes, and the child's resources are released. Since 5.1.8 an in-process child loads the engine's builtin extensions, but its teardown disposed the session without running their session_shutdown handlers, so codemode's per-session bridge server stayed listening and kept the process alive. Child teardown now runs those handlers first, within the host's shutdown budget, on both the normal path and the path that discards a child whose handle never started. (#9413, #9418)
A delegated task that the host recovers after a restart is reported as continued only once its continuation prompt is acknowledged; a refused or timed-out prompt is now reported as lost instead of a successful reattach. Thanks to @Dante-dan. (#9406)
