Engine: senpi 2026.9.16-2
JavaScript eval cells can now hand tool(fn) functions to in-process children. The kernel-tools capability was previously unreachable on the worker tool-call path, so children were refused with tools_unavailable. senpi 2026.9.16-2 (#1754, #1755) dispatches those calls, so item 6 (JS kernel tools) actually works in OmO Native.
