• Support team specific configs (only admin and specific team can see particular config)

Misc

• Increase timeout for task checkpointing to 180s

• Remove memory alert for NATS job (was previously set to 500mb)

Known issues:

• Stemcells cleaned up by clean-up command cannot be reuploaded (Director kept internal state in the DB erroneously)
