Fixes:
- Support deploying releases which share the exact same package with another release (e.g. colocating director and CPIs which share
ruby-2.4and previously errored withBOSH cannot currently collocate two packages with identical names from separate releases) - Correct the lookup of job links for addons when multiple versions of a release are available (previously errored with
Job 'job-a' in instance group 'group-b' specifies link 'link-c', but the release job does not consume it)
