Improvements:

• director.max_tasks configuration now configures maximum number of tasks to keep per task type (task types are update deployment, ssh, fetch logs, etc.)
  • This allows to issue large number of bosh vms calls without rotating out tasks of other types.
• Support PowerPC in stemcell builder

Sec:

• Bump Ubuntu stemcells for USN-2857-1 : Linux kernel vulnerability

This release includes 3173 stemcell series.
