IMPROVEMENTS:

• resource/cloudamqp_custom_certificate: version, sni_hosts and key_id changes now update the certificate in place instead of forcing a replace (#559)
• resource/cloudamqp_custom_domain: Hostname changes now update in place instead of delete and recreate (#560)

BUG FIXES:

• provider: Fixed panic when a request gets no response, e.g. connection refused, the error is now returned instead (#561)
