Bugfix release.

• No longer require jarfiles to have a .jar/.zip/.war/.ear extension (#166). If any file is encountered on the classpath, an attempt is made to open it as a zipfile.
• Added missing methods to FastClasspathScanner for making use of FilenameMatchProcessor, for cases where you want to match a filename, but where you don't need to read the contents of a file.
• Improved robustness of URL and path string handling.
