Added support for Tomcat 8+ / Catalina WebappClassLoaderBase (#298, thank to @JensRunge for the report, and to @GedMarc for providing a Tomcat test project that enabled the creation of a TomcatWebappClassLoaderBaseHandler).
Multi-release jar versioning is also now ignored when running on JDK 7/8 (since JDK 7 and 8 don't support multi-release jars -- this brings ClassGraph's behavior in line with the JDK it's running on).
