Supersedes 0.2.17 with the Chromium/Skia Type3 CJK extraction and preview fix, while preserving legacy rendering behavior for ordinary filled PDF curves whose source color is not retained.

• Decode Type3 text via /ToUnicode with /ActualText precedence.
• Render embedded /CharProcs CJK vector glyphs with the full font/text/page transform.
• Scope black vector filling to paths identified as Type3 glyph procedures.
• Preserve existing non-Type3 form previews and write-target detection.
• Add Chromium-shaped CJK regressions and an ordinary filled-curve compatibility regression.

Validated against the real Chrome 151 Chinese PDF, the 161-test crate suite, and Clark's 55-test PDF/Office consumer suite.
