Fix Chromium/Skia Type3 CJK handling in both native text extraction and preview rendering.

• Decode single-byte Type3 text through /ToUnicode, with marked-content /ActualText precedence.
• Execute embedded /CharProcs vector glyph procedures with the font/text/page transforms.
• Fill compound vector paths so Type3 glyph outlines appear in native previews.
• Add Chromium-shaped CJK extraction and rendering regressions.
