Rust 1.97 follow-up to the 0.2.10 parser security release.
- Raises the declared minimum supported Rust version to stable Rust 1.97.
- Includes the cyclic page Parent and recursive Form XObject denial-of-service fixes from 0.2.10.
- Includes refreshed compatible dependencies and the direct/indirect cycle regression suite.
