Timeline options

Adds a button in lower left corner of all timeline with shortcuts to actions:

Export as PNG
Export as SVG
Copy shareable link (option to omit links if present)
Copy markdown (option to omit links if present)

Bases: Gracefully skip notes with invalid start/end dates

Also is more forgiving with alternate date formats like 10.14.2026
