• Announcements sensor (telenet_telemeter announcements): surfaces Telenet inbox messages and exposes unread_count + messages as attributes

• mobileUsage / mobileBundleUsage now retry on 429 with backoff and fast-fail on Cloudflare blocks instead of crashing
