Changes:

1. Chrome Signin is automatically locked if you use the installer. You can unlock it here.
2. The installer now requires administrator privileges to account for Change 1.
3. Instead of the "Chrome API Keys disabled" message, it now tells you how to fix the error.
4. If you use the installer, it will send you to a link in which it thanks you for installing.

And now to stay silent for another week.
