• Web Push only accepts and sends to endpoints on the browser push services.
  Subscriptions saved earlier on any other host are deleted instead of sent
  (#2056).
• Creating or updating a project, through the API or MCP, requires owning the
  area or goal or having it shared read-write (#2057).
