This hotfix focuses on safe coordination between NV-UV's automation features.
It also includes two verified Ada fixes and the current public game database.
Download
For a manual installation, download only NV-UV-v0.99.5.2-Portable.zip. The manifest and signature assets are used automatically by NV-UV's verified updater and do not need to be downloaded manually.
Important integration hardening
- DCC + UV-Pilot: profile application, pilot switching and exit restore are serialized. DCC releases its active session and its own clock limit before an NV-UV/Afterburner baseline change, then starts a fresh learning session only after a confirmed apply. Failed or stale operations remain fail-closed.
- DCC + Game Replay: the two live control loops are now mutually exclusive. Enabling DCC is blocked while Game Replay is active, and Game Replay cannot be enabled while DCC is active or starting. Existing learned Replay adjustments are preserved and remain available to UV-Pilot.
- DCC + Smart Hz: NVIDIA Ultra Efficiency in AUTO mode now uses Smart Hz's known native gaming refresh rate instead of the reduced desktop/idle rate. Manual efficiency targets remain authoritative. The behavior is explained in localized DE/EN/RU/ES tooltips.
Additional fixes
- Ada recalibration: only the 127 Graphics V/F base points are accepted. A foreign 128th clock-domain entry is no longer imported as a curve point, and contaminated stored stock curves are rejected safely.
- Optional Ada OC range: RTX 40 users can opt in to targets above the calibrated stock maximum in both Direct and V-Lock mode, bounded by the driver offset and representable Ada profile limits. The option is off by default; representable does not mean stable.
- Game Library updates: locally added games and overrides are retained during public database updates and no longer appear as remote removals. A retained local marker also no longer hides a title after it becomes part of the public database.
- Game Database 2.16: 651 public entries, including Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, STAR WARS Zero Company and PowerWash Simulator 2.
