The community update. NV-UV's UV database learns to listen: you can now rate presets, share your own proven settings, and the app tells you when a new version is out. Also on board: .NET 10, a lighter tray footprint and a round of solid fixes straight from your reports.
This is the last Cantor release apart from hotfixes. See the notes at the bottom for what comes next.
๐ New Features
- UVโกTry Community Ratings: a star click now does two things at once. It stores your personal note locally and counts as an anonymous community vote. The new Community column shows the average of all votes with the vote count, updated twice a day.
- Share your settings: right-click a filled profile slot โ Share to Community DB. The values are taken from the slot as-is, so what gets shared is a profile you actually run. After a short review it shows up for everyone in UVโกTry, labeled "user-submitted".
- Update notifier: NV-UV now shows a small in-app hint when a new version has been released. One click opens the release page. The check is a pure read-only download from GitHub, nothing is transmitted.
- Lighter in the tray: when minimized to the tray, NV-UV hands its working set back to Windows. A minimized NV-UV now shows up noticeably lighter in Task Manager.
- Replay fine-tuning: the Game Replay frequency step now goes down to 15 MHz, matching the hardware-native V/F granularity of modern NVIDIA GPUs (requested by WolfGreyDev).
- Recalibrate safety net: right-click the Recalibrate button to open the folder with the automatic Afterburner profile backups.

๐ Fixes
- UV-Pilot backup race: a fast game exit and re-entry (looking at you, Vanguard) could make UV-Pilot skip the slot backup and later reset the anchor slot to stock. Fixed at the root, plus a safety net: the active anchor slot never silently falls back to stock anymore. (#22, thanks WolfGreyDev)
- Recalibrate on custom install paths: Recalibrate could lose a custom Afterburner location (for example Winget installs) during its restart and restore into the wrong folder. The detected Profiles path is now persisted across restarts and Winget locations are part of the scan. (#20, thanks WolfGreyDev)
- Crash reporter guard: crash reporter helper processes (BugSplat, Unreal CrashReportClient, Unity crash handlers, Windows Error Reporting and friends) can no longer be mistaken for a game by UV-Pilot.

- Russian Tester Guide ๐ท๐บ: wished for by S1lenix, who then went ahead and translated the entire guide himself. From this release on, the Russian guide ships with every build, right next to the German and English ones. ะกะฟะฐัะธะฑะพ!
