๐ Game Database Auto-Update
New "๐ Updates" button in the Game Browser toolbar pulls the latest database from the central nv-uv-docs repository on GitHub
Opt-in auto-check on startup, configurable in the same popup
Atomic write with ETag and SHA-256 short-circuit so repeated checks are cheap and offline failures never touch your local database
Your custom profiles and tier overrides are stored in separate files and are never touched by updates
Database now ships at 634 games (v2.3, generated 2026-05-26), up from 632. Adds Game Ready 600.x driver profile updates
๐ก Hover Tooltips in the Game Browser
Hovering the tier dropdowns now shows the concrete values of each profile, for example "Performance ยท 975 mV / 3000 MHz ยท PL 100%"
Works on the per-row override dropdowns and the filter dropdown at the top
Custom profile tooltips show your authored voltage, target frequency, and power limit
โน๏ธ Heads-up: Max defaults curated to Performance
Some games that previously shipped with a Max default are now shipped as Performance, since Max wasn't stable out-of-the-box on every system If you want Max for a specific game, assign it via the Override column in the Game Browser
The new banner in the Game Browser explains this directly
๐๏ธ Database date in footer
The Game Browser footer now shows the date of the currently loaded database, refreshes automatically after an update
โจ New: try NV-UV Play
Want to just start and play without setting up Afterburner first? Check out my new project NV-UV Play. It works directly through NVAPI with no Afterburner dependency, ships with a curated four-tier preset system (Eco, Balanced, Performance, Max plus an MFG tier for Blackwell), and gets you tuning in minutes. Same game library as NV-UV, just a faster way in.
