This update improves game profile management and makes Stabilizer adjustments easier to review.

- Added a shared Custom Profile Library.
- Custom profiles can now be reused across multiple games.
- Custom profiles can also be selected as the Global Override.
- Added central profile management with Create, Edit, Copy and Delete.
- Added a Stabilizer Adjustments tab to the Game Library.
- Individual Stabilizer adjustments can now be reviewed and reset separately.
- Manually added games can now be edited directly from the Game Library.
- Added direct Edit and Remove buttons for manually added games.
🎮 Custom profiles and Stabilizer
- Custom profiles now use stable internal profile IDs.
- A profile can be renamed or edited without losing its existing Stabilizer history.
- Stabilizer adjustments remain separated per game and profile. Multiple games can use the same base profile while keeping their own individual crash history and adjustments.
- Existing per-game custom profiles are migrated automatically on first start.
🛠 Improvements
- Power Limit controls now respect the actual hardware minimum reported by NVML.
- Custom profiles and Stabilizer history are preserved when a manually added game executable is renamed.
- Improved validation for manually entered executable names.
- Improved Custom Profile import, migration and persistence.
- Improved update and database validation.
- Updated the Game Library layout and profile controls.
- Updated the English user guide and README.
