Small hotfix on top of v0.1.9.
🎮 Game library v2.12 (640 games):
removed Control its control.exe collided with the Windows Control Panel and triggered the profile by accident thanks to @revanmj
Added Empulse, Titan Quest II and Red Faction Guerrilla detection fixes are in here too.
🚀 Preset tweaks:
eased the RTX 5080 tiers for more headroom (Eco/MFG 2650 MHz, Balanced 2750 MHz) and added an RTX 3060 table. Ampere and Turing stay experimental and untested on real hardware, so treat those as a best guess.

new "Preset reference" section that lists voltage, frequency and power limit for every tier across all models.

📌 The game database updates itself in the background, so existing installs pick up the detection fixes automatically.
